The WSC Board of Directors meets monthly during the season with the DOC and Team Managers.
The following are tentative meeting dates and times for January 2026- December 2026 which are subject to change at the last minute. Please check with club staff for any changes each month. Meetings will be held in the LAX classroom at Village Park.
